Digital Arts St Magdalenes Hill

Learn about your past, discover the sounds and sights of your local heritage and make digital art! Activities include animation, web building, film making, art on the hill, sound recording and digital music-making.

There is no cost for St Magdalenes Hill project however donations are accepted. These will go towards funding our program­­me for children in Perthshire who are in need of therapeutic support.

Portfolio

This week is the perfect opportunity to achieve a body of work suitable for portfolio preparation to support exams in Art and Design or for keen artists to develop their individual skills and techniques. Looking at a variety of traditional and contemporary artists, participants will undertake different projects each day, ranging from sculpture and landscape drawing to figure and portraiture, using a variety of media and in many locations!

Outdoor Art

A week of outdoor expressive fun. Each day the outdoors will be combine with craft and expressive arts to encourage creativity, exercise and to make the most of the summer sun! Activities include kite making, sand sculptures, clay modelling, acrylic painting, decorating river stones and much more. If your child loves art and crafts but doesn't want to be stuck indoors this is the perfect fun packed week! This course is ideal for younger children.
